A tribute to our absent friends

Our 2016/17 season kicked off with the traditional season opener in Dundee with five teams competing in the League Cup.

The Scottish Powerchair players, coaches, parents and friends paid a moving tribute to two of our absent friends who sadly passed away recently.

Craig McAtee was part of the Clyde Claymore team who were runners up in the National League Championship in 2014, and Kyle Kelly formerly of Clyde Lions and Queens Park Spiders who was instrumental in setting up our newest club, Glasgow Gladiators.

A minutes applause was held before the Cup Final to allow all to pay tribute, remember friendships and of course reflect on our time together. Sadly missed but never forgotten, RIP.
