The SPFA has recently been granted charity status and we hope this will allow us to expand our funding opportunities.
We currently have sponsorship deals in place with MDUK, Mobility Central and PowerSoccerShop, we are also supported by the SFA Para Football Association. These sponsorship deals and funding have enabled us to grow to where we are currently, however we aim to continue the growth we have shown both in Scotland and Internationally and to enable us to carry forward our plans we are setting up a Funding Committee that will report to the SPFA board.
The committee will be headed by our Vice Chair, Craig Peattie and Treasurer, Gareth Mitchelson. However, we are looking for two people who can assist Craig and Gareth.
If you have the skills to identify suitable funding opportunities and be able to write successful bids as well as having the time and drive to help push Powerchair Football forward, then we would love to hear from you.
The role will be voluntary but travel and other expenses may be covered
