The SPFA have responsibility to manage three competitions;

The Powerchair Football League Cup: Traditionally the league cup is the season opener and is played over a single day. Dundee Disability Sport facilitate this event as part of the Discovery Games

The Scottish Premiership & Championship: The league championship runs from October to April and is currently held at Stirling Peak Sports Village.

The Scottish Cup: Traditionally this is the climax to the season is played on the same weekend in May as the SPFL Scottish Cup final.
