Scottish Powerchair Football is BACK!!!

The season opener got underway this weekend with the League Cup group stages taking place in Dundee at the Regional Performance Center.

Every year the season opens in Dundee as part of the Discovery Games, will our long standing involvement in the games we where delighted to get underway with the event kicking off the Scottish football calendar.
Five clubs from across Scotland took part in this years event, Tayside Dynamos and Dundee United Dynamos representing Dundee, Ayrshire Tigers from Ayrshire, Strathclyde Alba from Cumbernauld and finally Lothian Wolves from Edinburgh.
The sides all competed against each other in a round robin format which provided some thrilling football and exciting matches during the day. We witnesses some excellent team and individual goals.
With our players meeting friends from other clubs and families getting together again from the summer break the atmosphere around the event was great to be a part of.

The results from the matches can be seen below; with Tayside, Strathclyde and Lothian Wolves advancing in the League Cup and Ayrshire and Dundee United meeting in the League Cup Plate final.
