EPFA Next Generation Experience
sportscotland Inverclyde National Sport Training Centre, Largs
29th of July – 2nd of August
This is the first event we will be hosting on behalf of the European Powerchair Football Association by the SPFA and EPFA Chairman Donal Byrne. Players from all around Europe will be coming to Scotland to take part in what’s set to be a great week of football. As well as having the chance to train with players from France, England, Ireland, Denmark, Finland and of course Scotland this is also a great social environment for our young players to create new friendships throughout the week and have a lot of fun off the pitch as well as on it.
We are delighted to have a leading coaches from France Jean Luc Feydit

attending this event along with Frederic Da Costa. An amazing opportunity for all youth players to learn from the very best in Powerchair football and bring their game to a new level. Classification training will be held with FIPFA’s Head of Classification Stewart Evans delivering to our very own Ryan Galloway and Carolyn Johnstone as well as participants from Spain, Ireland and Northern Ireland. Classification is essential to the development of this sport and it is fantastic for our game to have people coming from all around Europe to learn classification.

We will be joined by UEFA Ambassador John Collins. The former Scotland international will attend on the Wednesday morning, 31st of July. Having someone of John’s calibre there will have a big impact on our youth players and hopefully really influence them in a positive way. The players will be ready to show John just what Powerchair football is all about.
