Some of you may be aware that one of the grand parents of one of the Lothian Wolves has been assisting to raise awareness of the SPFA and of Powerchair Football in Scotland. John has secured us meetings with the Health and Sports Minister and presentations at the Holyrood Cross Party Disability sub-committee.

John has told me today that he has secured a Parliamentary debate on Powerchair Football where MSP’s will get the opportunity to ask questions of the Health Minister in relation to our on going work.

The debate has been scheduled for 17:15hrs on Wednesday 6th Feb which I appreciate is short notice. If any of you would like to support the SPFA and join us at Holyrood please let us know by e-mailing info@thespfa.org
