The Scottish Powerchair Football Association were pleased with the return of the Scottish Cup after a long absence due to Covid19.
The competition which was held in April 2022 at ThePeak in Stirling was the first cup competition outside if the league titles which clubs could compete for. The full day event seen clubs split into two groups with the top two sides from each group progressing into semi-finals before finals.
With all teams performing well in the group stages the semi-finals and final proved to be tough games. Alba and Tayside Dynamos progressed into the final for what would prove to be a well contested game. In the end Alba came away victorious to pick up the 2021/22 Powerchair Scottish Cup.
Well done to all of the players, coaches and officials on the day who made the competition a great spectacle to watch.
